Design-build company committed to providing inventive design and high-quality construction. President of own business, involved in land development, building design, and construction.

Joinery Structures — Oakland, CA 1994 Design-build company specializing in Japanese-style construction. Prepared salvaged timbers to new specifications; mortise & tenon, 1/32″ margin of error; prepared presentation drawing for client as well. Owner and master-builder Paul Discoe has put together a book, Zen Architecture, The Building Process as Practice, that features many of his esteemed projects; highly recommended.
