After all those years of smoky goodness, steady use, and loyal customers, the building was ready for a little TLC. Our work is focused on helping revamp the restaurant while preserving the character, history, and no-nonsense charm that make the place so special. It is the kind of project where the goal is not to reinvent the place, but to honor what people already love while bringing things up to snuff for the next chapter.
