Grant Addition-Remodel

Grant Addition-Remodel was designed for a friend whose mother was moving from Hawaii to live close to family. The goal was to create a comfortable, welcoming place of her own — with the amenities, privacy, and ease needed for everyday living, while still being connected to the main household. More than just added square footage, the project was about making room for family, care, independence, and the spirit of aloha. It is a warm, personal addition shaped around love, hospitality, and home.
