Stubbs Residence is a new home in an established neighborhood, designed with care for both the clients and the character of the surrounding community. With neighborhood CCRs to consider, the project called for a thoughtful balance of personal expression, practical needs, and a respectful fit within the existing setting. Working with wonderful clients, a good builder, and a talented landscape designer, the home is coming together as a well-considered collaboration — one shaped not only by the house itself, but by the site, the neighborhood, and the people helping bring it to life.
