River Song Cohousing
RSC is an intergenerational community of independent households committed to finding purpose and a sense of belonging through working, learning, sharing, and playing together in a neighborhood designed to make a small and beautiful footprint on the land. We are professionals, artists, retirees, singles, parents, children, and many others – folks who love to garden, cook, read, make music, craft, row, hike, bike, sail (and much more!) and simply enjoy life as best we can.
Construction of the 28 residences is on schedule to begin this year on our beautiful 2.3 acres adjacent to the Willamette River and pedestrian-bike path that stretches for miles through the heart of the city and beyond. We are very fortunate to have UD+P as our developer-partner to help us secure financing and manage the project, along with Essex General Construction as our builder to put it all together.
