WildCraft Cider Works

An AIA Oregon People’s Choice Award-winning project, WildCraft Cider Works was home to Eugene’s first hard cidery for more than a decade before the business eventually relocated to Yachats. The proprietor is an old soul who has helped bring traditional cider-making back to Oregon, using centuries-old, Oregon-grown apple varieties and often complementing the juice with other local fruits and botanicals. The result is a collection of complex, boozy concoctions that can be as dry and bubbly as Champagne and as cold and refreshing as beer. Completely original and unadulterated, WildCraft cider is an experience that transports you back in time while keeping you firmly planted in the here and now.
